International Mexican Singer

A talent is born… Dasahev López Saavedra, better known as El Dasa, was born in Hermosillo, Sonora. His bond with music was woven in the depths of his most tender days and it was not long before it became clear that his path was traced in the music scores and rhythms that filled the air.

Dasa, as the vast majority knows him, was born on July 27, 1989 (under the sign Leo) in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. Since he could remember, he knew that he would be a singer, that he was born to be an artist. At 8-9 years old, he realized that he had the ability to do things that were not common, neither at his age nor in his social circle, that is, artistic activities with his hands, with his body and voice. He confesses that he practiced them secretly. His career as such began at the age of 14, at a XV birthday party for one of his cousins where he decided to take the microphone and began to sing with the mariachi, surprising those present because no one knew of his quality and ability, thus giving his first big step.

At the age of 15 he became the vocalist of the band Costa Azul from Hermosillo Sonora, being the youngest at that time. For 5-6 years he manages to make around 3000 presentations, an experience that leads him to want to climb another step in the music industry.

Sometime later, from among 150 thousand applicants, he was chosen to be part of the 6th generation of the La Academia reality show, and although the result was not what was desired, El Dasa achieved an unparalleled projection, opening one more door for his dream of being a renowned singer.

After deciding to move to Los Angeles where the band's genre was strong, he found work as a driver for several artists including Don Vicente Fernández, an artist who, after hearing him sing in the dressing rooms of one of his presentations, decided to give him the opportunity to share the stage at the Gibson Amphitheater in Los Angeles, California marking a new chapter in El Dasa's career.
